Is all jewelry high quality?

We offer cheaper alternatives (gold/silver plated mixed metals) to make our jewelry affordable to all  and these items must be looked after carefully to sustain their plating. We are currently in the process of removing ALL plated or alloyed materials from our store

Can I swim, exercise, or shower with my jewelry?

Perfume and soap will fasten the fading. Be careful wearing your jewelry in a chlorinated pool or in the sea. This can do more damage in one hour than several years worth of wear and tear. Chlorine in swimming pools, hot tubs, and even cleaning supplies, will attack the other metals that are alloyed with our golden coating.

Clean your stainless steel or gold filled jewelry using warm water and mild liquid soap to wash and a soft cloth to pat dry. Always pat , never rub.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered? How do I track and trace my order?

Can I return my items?

Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces can unfortunately not be returned due to hygienic reasons. An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for the same value or a coupon code within 30 days after receiving your package.

If you made a wrong decision and you want a refund the package must be sent back to us within 14 days. The shipping costs ( most of the time a post stamp ) are for the customer due to our free shipping policy with your order. We take responsibility for repairs and our quality for the maximum amount of 3 months.
