Is all jewelry high quality?

Our entire store is now officially 100% all high quality materials. Gold-Filled, Stainless Steel, and Sterling Silver only.

Can I swim, exercise, or shower with my jewelry?

Be careful wearing your jewelry in a chlorinated pool or in the sea. This can do more damage in one hour than several years worth of wear and tear. Chlorine in swimming pools, hot tubs, and even cleaning supplies, will attack the other metals.

Clean your stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold filled jewelry using warm water and mild liquid soap to wash and a soft cloth to pat dry. Always pat, never rub.

Can I return my items?

Worn earrings, bracelets, rings and necklaces can unfortunately not be returned due to hygienic reasons. An item that does not meet the requirements may be exchanged for the same value or a coupon code within 30 days after receiving your package.

If you made a wrong decision and you want a refund the package must be sent back to us within 14 days. The shipping costs ( most of the time a post stamp ) are for the customer due to our free shipping policy with your order. We take responsibility for repairs and our quality for the maximum amount of 3 months.
